Just wanted to tell you that all the help you gave Robert & I really paid off! We are now doing all our ADA training classes in TEAMS using that new channel you helped us create where people do not have to be members. It is working great! We were able to give our training classes during the month of December without any issues.

Thanks again for your willingness to help us get set up and for being so willing to help us with issues whenver we encountered them on a minute's notice! We truly appreciate you!

I wanted to let you know I had to call the Help Desk this morning and give report of the EXCELLENT customer service I received from “Stew.”

Since all of this pandemic has happened. The IT Department should be giving the BIGGEST shoutout. This department has helped with passwords, logins, and getting access remotely to my work computer. They are prompt, friendly, educated and so patient. I am so thankful they have been here to assist with everything!!
